Warranty & Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

INTEX products are manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship. All INTEX products have been inspected and found free of defects prior to leaving the factory.

Our warranty and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Limited Warranty

Your INTEX air bed has been manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship. All INTEX products have been inspected and found free of defects prior to leaving the factory. This Limited Warranty applies to the INTEX air bed only.

If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, please contact at warranty@sophie.sg. We will determine the validity of the claim. If our team directs you to return the product, please carefully package the product and ship the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the item and determine the validity of the claim. If the provisions of this warranty cover the item, the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

INTEX Limited Warranty for Air beds and Air Mattresses

This Limited Warranty does not apply if the Intex air bed is subject to negligence, accident, improper operation, improper voltage or current contrary to operating instructions, improper maintenance or storage, abnormal use or application, or to damage by circumstances beyond Intex’s control, including but not limited to, punctures, tears, abrasions, or ordinary wear and tear. This Limited Warranty applies only to those parts and components manufactured by Intex. The Limited Warranty does not cover unauthorised alterations to the air bed.

Returns

If you have issues with your product, or require a return, send us an email at hello@sophie.sg. Upon our confirmation, please return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit will be processed based on the credit card processing company.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
